I thought I had canceled my subscription to this product, as I no longer need it. I've tried to contact a representative through their social media and left comments, but I'm still being charged for a service I believed I had canceled after my third shipment. I emailed customer support but received no reply. They keep taking money from my account. This is absolutely a scam.
