They are ripping people off. I have attempted to cancel a subscription for several months. I have called and the number just rings, I have emailed with no response and the cancelation form on the website does not work. This company is stealing from people by forcing them to stay in subscriptions they did not choose. BEWARE AND DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY. Don't believe all the fake bot good reviews on this site, that's the company trying to balance out all the bad reviews. These people are crooks. I will let everyone I know that this company isn't to be trusted. I've been trying to cancel for 3 months and yet another charge. I will call my bank tomorrow to report this company and fraudulent and the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY'RE THIEVES!!!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED ⚠️

I took advantage of a special for $9.99 and somehow got roped into a membership. There is no place on their website to cancel the membership and the phone number does not work. I sent an email back on 1/27 and requested a cancellation of my membership. Below is the response:

I was just charged again for the product and my membership was not cancelled and I have not heard from anyone. This is a scam and they do not plan on cancelling your membership and will continue to charge your account. Please do not take advantage of any specials you see on facebook, tiktok, instagram or any other site.

This product is great, I think it's more convenient for use of the face, for I struggle mostly with spots on my back, a bigger area for smaller pads, but with patience, it works. I have many to go through and I'm pleased.

Sugar Baby Care is a dishonest company. I did not sign up for auto shipment of their product. They are crooked. Do not order from them because they will sign you up for auto subscription and lie and say that you signed up. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and I will file a complaint with the FTC, this company has lost all credibility with me and I will never buy anything from them again. I thank God that my credit card company Discover Card is standing with me and will not allow any transactions coming from Sugar baby to post to my account.

This company is Horrible. I did a one time purchase of the product and at the time of purchase I did not opt into a subscription. However they still are shipping the order out monthly with a recurring charge that I never approved. I've emailed multiple times with no response, I've called and got no one. I've also attempted to order my subscription I never agreed to and received a huge error alert that the cancellation could not be done at this time. I have records of all of my attempts to reach this company which I've shared with my bank for a formal dispute. This level of deception and lack of response makes me question everything about the product as well. Stay Far away!!

FRAUD ALERT!!! Unwanted subscriptions being forced on users.

FRAUD ALERT!!! Many individuals are being enrolled in a subscription they never agreed to. I've been trying to reach out through chat, email, calls, and messages for two days, requesting the cancellation of an order I never authorized, the termination of a subscription I did not sign up for, and the removal of my banking details. It seems I am not alone in this issue. I'm considering involving law enforcement.

Extremely Frustrating Experience

If I could give negative stars, I certainly would. I have reached out to the company three times to cancel my subscription, which feels more like holding customers hostage. It's impossible to cancel through their website. They continue to send me bottles of their diluted cleanser. I strongly advise against doing business with this company.

Unacceptable Service

This place is unacceptable. They signed me up for a subscription I didn’t agree to, and now I can’t reach anyone by phone or email. The live chat option doesn’t work either. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They keep charging my card without permission, and I need to get a new card to stop these charges.
