Fraudulent practices! I placed an order at the end of August, and now it’s mid December. The support team responds only once or twice, claiming it’s typical for orders to take about 45 days. However, it has far exceeded that timeframe, and they have not replied to my emails since.

Fraudulent!!! Just adding a location to your name doesn't change anything. I never received my mat or any response, and they disable comments on their social media to prevent negative feedback. This is a serious warning to anyone misled by their seemingly legitimate website with a chatbot.
I thought I was the only victim of a scam when purchasing a yoga mat, first with another site, and now this one. I ordered around January 25, 2025, and as of March, no mat has arrived. It's a waste of money! They flagged my address in an email, which seemed odd, and later mentioned shipping issues. PLEASE AVOID THEIR TRAP; someone should take down their website and social media.
Caution. I ordered a mat two months ago and have yet to receive it. I've sent several emails and even reached out through their online chat, but no response. Avoid making a purchase from them. It seems they are running a scam. I checked my order number on their website, but their system can't find it, even though they took my money. They have disabled messages on social media and are trying to cover up the complaints.
Fraudulent claims!!! I ordered in February and was told my order wasn't available and that I needed to wait 2-3 weeks for a pre-order. I've emailed them multiple times since, but no response. I ordered several mats in 2016, and they arrived, but now they seem to be running a fraudulent operation. Avoid ordering!
I ordered a few years ago and received my order, which was great. Recently, I ordered a mat and yoga blocks for Christmas, but only the blocks arrived. I've received no response to my emails or chats, and contacting them is extremely difficult. I managed to dispute the charge, but it's disappointing and incredibly frustrating.
