I have previous experience ordering from this company in 2022 and the item was delivered quickly and no issues...However, I ordered a mat back in November 2023 and it still has not been delivered. Same as everyone else on here (wish I had read this sooner but having had previous experience of the company why would I?). their chatbot tells me my order is "awaiting fulfillment", but there is absolutely nobody helming their customer service and nobody is responding to enquiries about their orders. In my mind this is a classic case of young entrepreneurs who eventually run out of money and steam and don't know how to bridge the gap between the trash/jargon they spout in their marketing and the reality that they're actually not very good business people. So they bury their heads in the sand. This company now appears as a fraud to anyone interacting with them because they take your money, they don't respond and they don't send what you paid for. Report this company to anyone who will listen and don't be drawn in by their pretty pictures and promotions.
