I was extremely let down by my experience. I ordered a complete blind box set that was supposed to include all characters but received a duplicate instead. After returning the duplicate promptly, the matter dragged on for over two months with slow responses and no resolution in sight. I learned that the missing item was out of stock due to delays on their end. Communication and handling were poor, and the proposed resolution felt unfair given the circumstances. I would not consider purchasing again.
