Great quality products that are packed very well. My products came in large boxes (the product itself was quite large) with lots of bubble wrap, and a lot of effort was put into the shipping. Although products took a while to arrive, I asked Sugotoys about it, and they were very kind and explained the reason. Overall fantastic customer service, good prices, would purchase from here again. thannnkkk youuu sugotoys.

Very Frustrating Experience

I had a very frustrating experience. I bought a complete blind box set that was supposed to include all characters, but I ended up with a duplicate. Even after returning the duplicate quickly, the issue lingered for more than two months with slow replies and no solution. I was eventually informed that the missing item was unavailable due to delays on their side. The communication and management were lacking, and the suggested resolution seemed unjust considering the situation. I wouldn't buy from them again.

Disappointing Experience

We bought a full box set of blind boxes and unfortunately received a duplicate. The entire process with the service and their customer support has taken over two months, filled with delayed replies and unreliable promises. According to their return process, we sent the duplicate back to their warehouse but received no confirmation or follow-up after it was received. Despite our patience, a recent email from a customer support member highlighted their lack of concern for customers. The issue could have been resolved quickly if they had contacted us sooner, rather than waiting until after a major sale when their stock was sold out. Although they claim it's a manufacturer problem, it doesn't change the fact that they provided a subpar product and now require us to return the remaining items for a resolution. Truly disappointing.

Defective Item, No Assistance

I ordered a figure that arrived with a defective neck joint. After several weeks of back and forth, the service refused to assist me and insisted there was nothing wrong with the figure. I requested some neck joint pegs to fix it myself, but they provided excuse after excuse. Very unhelpful.

Unprofessional Marketing Tactics

I have a pending pre-order with them, but I am considering taking my business elsewhere. It's distasteful to use AI-generated artwork to promote a business that sells figures created by human artists. If you can run a business, you should be able to hire an artist for your graphics. I don't care if it's 'not a big deal'; this normalization makes businesses appear cheap and untrustworthy.

Significant Delays and Poor Customer Service

I pre-ordered a set of figures expected to release in December but didn't receive them until May. The shipment faced multiple delays and showed pending until just a week before dispatch. The figure arrived with some blemishes, and the customer service refused to accept a return, claiming I couldn't return it after opening. How can I inspect the product without opening it? This has been the worst experience with any store; I recommend using a different platform.
