We bought a full box set of blind boxes and unfortunately received a duplicate. The entire process with the service and their customer support has taken over two months, filled with delayed replies and unreliable promises. According to their return process, we sent the duplicate back to their warehouse but received no confirmation or follow-up after it was received. Despite our patience, a recent email from a customer support member highlighted their lack of concern for customers. The issue could have been resolved quickly if they had contacted us sooner, rather than waiting until after a major sale when their stock was sold out. Although they claim it's a manufacturer problem, it doesn't change the fact that they provided a subpar product and now require us to return the remaining items for a resolution. Truly disappointing.
