At this point, I would prefer to stick with another provider where transparency, communication, and shipping expectations are clearer. My experiences from 2017 to 2023 were fantastic, but things have changed significantly. There’s minimal email communication unless I reach out, and responses take about a week. Items marked as 'in stock' might not actually be available, leading to delays as they are pre-selected for sale. This means you’re waiting for the items to be received by the seller before they ship to you. Shipping can take three weeks to a month, plus an additional 10 days. Custom orders can take 6-8 weeks, making the total wait time nearly a quarter of a year. The expedited shipping option seems to be gone, likely due to the earlier mentioned issues. This might be why I’ve avoided custom orders, fearing delays of up to 90 days without updates. I hope they can improve customer service, shipping, transparency, and communication.
