I placed an order on October 10th and didn’t receive it until November 18th. I was informed the delay was due to low stock and customs, but the communication was lacking, and I had to reach out for updates. Despite their apologies, they didn't offer any discount or gesture for the inconvenience. Even though I've ordered from them frequently, I didn’t feel valued as a customer. The long wait combined with poor customer care was disappointing.
