At this stage, I would rather return to my previous provider, as they ensured transparency and effective communication, along with clear shipping expectations. My experiences from 2017 to 2023 were excellent, but things have noticeably changed. Communication via email is almost non-existent unless I reach out, and even then, responses take about a week. Items that are listed as 'in stock' may not actually be available, as they seem to be put up for sale before they are physically in hand. This means you end up paying for something that isn’t actually available, leading to long waits for it to arrive and then be shipped to you. Items can take three weeks to a month just to ship, plus an additional ten days. For custom orders, the wait extends to 6-8 weeks, which, combined with shipping, can mean waiting close to a quarter of a year for a suit. The expedited shipping option appears to be removed, likely due to previous issues noted. This uncertainty is why I’ve hesitated to order custom items, fearing a wait of 90 days without updates. I hope the company can improve on customer service, shipping, transparency, and communication soon.
