I have been on hold for 6hrs now and not one customer service agent has answered.... A payment failed and the money is now stuck pending....I crnt get through to anyone at all the robot on the emails doesn't help one bit just redirects me to the beginning.....very bad experience with this bank vial customer service.....not advisable to join this bank
