I've been with Suits Me for 6 months now and the customer service team is completely uncontactable. I called last week and waited on hold for 3 hours each time before the phone call just cut off. I've tried e-mailing and have had one response 4 days ago and nothing since, I've tried the live chat service which just returns an agents unavailable message, I've tried requesting a call back on the automated phone system which promises a call back once an agent is free, that was 4 days ago and I've still heard nothing. It's a shambles, all whilst charging me £10.00 a month for having the pleasure of this account, as well as a 1% fee on every transfer that I make to a non-Suits Me card holders. All I've done is change my phone number and have subsequently lost access to my entire bank account since there's no way to change the number without having the old number to login through 2FA. Not being able to contact them has left me unable to pay bills, access food etc. which is disgraceful. I am able to access mainstream accounts again from June and will never, ever recommend using Suits Me when other paid for accounts are out there for those with poor credit.
