Like many other reviews here, I'm frustrated with the terms and conditions. I know if the company responds, they'll just point out that it’s all stated in their refund policy. Most people would expect a reasonable returns policy that doesn't force you to use a gift card when you don’t want to buy more. This approach is likely to lose customers. I’ll have to use my gift card reluctantly and hope the items fit, or I’ll be stuck continually shopping with them. I recommend looking elsewhere for a better customer experience.
