Please take this as a clear warning to avoid Sulfit Clothing as an established brand. Had several ongoing issues from hidden T&Cs on bundles, incorrect and faulty jean sizes and total miss matches of Jean washes. For me, a clear scam of a company who promote only through social media advertisements. Advise to stick with brands like legend London, sinners, tailored athlete. I take full responsibility though, I should have read all the other negative reviews prior to making any financial commitments, but purchase at your own risk and be prepared for disappointment. Like many other reviews here, I'm frustrated with the terms and conditions. I know if the company responds, they'll just point out that it’s all stated in their refund policy. Most people would expect a reasonable returns policy that doesn't force you to use a gift card when you don’t want to buy more. This approach is likely to lose customers. I’ll have to use my gift card reluctantly and hope the items fit, or I’ll be stuck continually shopping with them. I recommend looking elsewhere for a better customer experience.
