Didn't provide an accurate shipping destination and then refused to let me return the product for a refund when my purchase arrived too late. Their site said 7-10 business days and it didn't arrive until the 11th business day (16 days total). Then tried to tell me it was my fault for not reading their shipping policy correctly.
