I recently contacted their customer service about some adverse effects following the use of their CC Me serum.I’m happy to report that the issues have settled and I really like the product.However I am extremely disappointed with their customer service?I contacted them in good faith, being concerned about a problem I’d experienced and apart from a standard reply, no one has bothered to address my queries?I really do think they need to have more respect for their customers?After all they are what makes a business thrive!The product is lovely but they need to address any concerns in order to establish a reputable brand.
