I contacted customer support about a contaminated item this company sent through a third party subscription box. I received an automated/generic response about the item, and my issue was not resolved. I wrote back for further clarification, and still have not received a proper response.My issue was not resolved, and this company seems to only help certain consumers, but not others. I am still stuck with a contaminated product that I cannot use, and the company refuses to take responsibility for my item. I am extremely disappointed in this company and its products.
