It took four weeks for my item to arrive, and when it didn't fit, I requested a refund. They informed me that only store credit was available, even though the item was unworn with tags still attached. They seem to only refund money if it's deemed an exchange, which my case was not since I had used store credit from the original purchase. I'm very dissatisfied and have no desire to use the store credit, as I don't want to support them by wearing their brand.
