In 2025, another online retailer falls short. A few warnings to spare someone else a headache: 1 - Misleading Shipping Times: paying for expedited shipping is pointless as they sent it DHL, which still takes over a week before transferring to USPS—good luck getting your item. 2 - Lack of Customer Service: if you want to inquire about the shipping, you’ll get the same response: "We typically respond within 4 business days.” It feels like they don’t care and hope you forget about it. 3 - Poor Communication: their fine print states that orders placed over the weekend may take up to 14 business days to process. Really? A 14-day catchall plus another week for 2-Day shipping? It’s a disappointing experience.
Processing times are absurd. I placed my order on September 30, and as of November 3, it still hasn’t shipped—over a month to put a pair of swimsuits in an envelope. My holiday is over before the items arrive. I reached out to customer service, and they offered a $20 discount, which is useless since I won’t be using the company again. I requested to cancel my order due to the delays, but they are now ignoring me. Terrible customer service—avoid this company. Also, don’t trust the reviews, as they selectively post what they want.
I would give zero stars if I could; it’s been three months with no product. I’ve contacted customer service eight times, only receiving responses with codes for 10% off my next purchase. There won’t be a next time, and I’ve filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Deceptive practices.

I eventually received a refund for shipping, but not for the order itself, despite three requests. I wouldn’t recommend ordering unless you’re prepared to wait weeks and possibly never receive your order.
