I had a terrible experience. I placed my order on October 5, and 11 days later, it still hasn’t shipped. I would never order from this company again. Their customer service is limited to email, which takes two days to respond and is unhelpful. I’ve requested a full refund per my rights, but I’m not holding my breath.
