I placed an order on September 25 and still hadn’t received tracking information three weeks later. After multiple follow-ups, I was repeatedly told my order was "packaged and prepared to ship" and that tracking would come soon. That message was sent over a week ago, and still nothing. When I tried to cancel, they said it was too late, yet the order hadn’t shipped. It’s frustrating that a U.S.-based company can’t fulfill a simple order in a reasonable timeframe or communicate clearly. I eventually received a refund for shipping, but not for the order itself, despite three requests. I wouldn’t recommend ordering unless you’re prepared to wait weeks and possibly never receive your order.
