It took four weeks for my order to arrive, and when it didn’t fit, I requested a refund. However, I was told that only store credit was available, despite the item being unworn with tags attached. They seem to only refund money if it’s considered an exchange, which my case was not since I had used store credit from the original purchase. I’m very dissatisfied and don’t even want to use the store credit, as I don’t wish to support them by wearing their brand.
