Caution to buyers. I placed an order for this item on 12/4, thinking it would arrive in plenty of time for Christmas. It was meant as a gift for my spouse. Two weeks later, I reached out to customer support to inquire about the shipping status. I was informed of a backlog and that it would ship the following week, during Christmas week. When I inquired about my options, none were provided—no expedited shipping, no alternate options, no cancellation help, and no solutions whatsoever. As of now, the order has yet to ship and has been in pre-shipment status for five days. This is misleading, as it implies the item has shipped when it has not been dispatched. The company does not provide expedited shipping, and their website did not mention any backlog or possible delays during the purchase. This lack of transparency and customer service is unacceptable, and I will not have this gift in time for Christmas.
