Hi,I was a verified customer with Nexo many years ago, but after re-login to Nexo it asked me to re-verify my identity. I questioned why but they insisted without giving me a reason. After I completed the Nexo's 3rd party provider Sumsub's verification, the screen shows "We couldn't verify your identity." I was pis*** off. Because the root cause is from Sumsub, therefore I wrote an email to Nexo saying I'm going to make a 3rd complaint to the Information Commissioner's Office UK for Sumsub and you need to manually verify me. Just before I finished writing the email, I received another email from Nexo saying I was fully verified. And also the Sumsub screen refreshed with "You've been verified." I don't know if Nexo manually verified me or I've been whitelisted by Sumsub. Because I'm verified, I changed my mind to complain to ICO UK about this time, and leave a 3 star rating for Sumsub. I used to leave 1 star rating, but I'm a fair person despite the trouble caused though I ended up with a satisfactory result. However I will leave a 1 star to Nexo for asking a fully verified customer to do kyc again.
