Back in 2020 my computer got hacked and someone has stolen my documents and used them for some kind of ID fraud via SumSub service. As a result, my face and documents went into a blacklist. Now, I am unable to use ANY online service that uses SumSub as their KYC platform. I have tried to contact SumSub in order to somehow clean my identity by any possible means (I even offered them to come to their office to prove that I am real and legit), but had never received any response. SumSub has destroyed my online life and has no any appeal process available, just canned responses like "we do not block anyone, it is up to our customers" which is a complete misinformation - all the services just use their response and automatically block me without any investigation. Absolutely disgusting.
