The level of customer service I have received is exemplary! Especially in a day and age when mediocre customer service is extremely hard to find. I didn’t have to spend long hours getting transferred to multiple departments to end in a zero reaction result. I said maybe two sentences of my issue and Kim took the bull by the horns and resolved it. With such a large order and multiple shipping locations involved, I was sure something would be missed at the beginning especially in such a frantic time of year. Nope! Kim handled everything and I am no longer concerned about not getting our gear in time for our first family vacation in years!
