I placed my order on Dec 24th for my daughter’s birthday. Her birthday is January 03. When we arrived home from vacation I had received a package from Sun & Ski so I opened the package to wrap it for her party. To my surprise it was not my order but someone’s who lives in Chicago. I received a size 10 men’s snow shoe when i ordered a size 9 women’s Ugg. I called on Monday to be told they would send me my Uggs and I could have them by the end of the week. Major fail as my daughters party is Tuesday Jan 3rd. No error on my end and not a resolution I would expect for their mistake. Very very disappointed in Sun & Ski!! Do better!!
