Avoid at all Cost this company.The product looks great and appears to work ok. But We really have no idea how to configure this sunbed properly, and so we have no idea if the freqnuencies are set correctly. So whats the point of paying all this money, not knowing if its configured or working correctly.We have tried and tried to contact them. Support is a nightmare. I have rung over 20 times, left many phone messages and sent many emails over a month now. And still none of their friendly staff ever get back to me. And just to finish off the great customer experience, after hanging on waiting for 5 minutes to get thru, each time, it just throws you off the call. They really need to stop acting like a "one man show with a dog" because it is so frustrating. If we had a harware issue and needed someone to actually come out I dread how long it will take.I think there are other suppliers for this equipment, so avoid Sun Beds australia if you can because they are so frustrating to deal with.Ps And the sunbed comes in a huge create, and almost impossible to unpack, and the sunbed is so heavy with no rollers you will need 4 people to carry it to where you want after you have unpacked it. So be ready for that as well..
