I ordered a 16 inch kinky curly wig on Dec 13th, received an email on the 15th that the wig I ordered wasn't available and if I wanted the 16 inch instead. I replied telling them I did order the 16 inch wig and attached a copy of my order confirmation with the details that list a 16 inch wig. Not sure why they think I ordered a different length when my order clearly lists the 16 inch wig. I sent a follow-up email with no response. Then last night I get another email saying the wig I ordered has to be customized and do I want the 16 inch instead. I don't know why they are confused about a different wig length when I clearly ordered a 16 inch. The order details are clearly listed on my order confirmation and my PayPal purchase transaction. It's clear I'm getting the run around just like the other negative reviews listed here. I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money to my PayPal account right away. If I don't here from them by tonight, I will file a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. I don't know why some people have a good experience receiving their order and others have the worst experience ever. This company needs to be honest and upfront with customers and tell the truth, and Stop listing wigs that are Not available. My recommendation is Don't Buy From This Company.
