I had a very disappointing experience with this supposedly leading solar company. We wanted to upgrade our system but were met with rudeness and a lack of options during our inquiry. The representative insisted on a high-priced system and dismissed our questions. After several attempts to get a better understanding, we felt frustrated and unvalued. If this is how they treat potential customers, I can only imagine the service when issues arise.
