I have been in contact with the representatives for over two months regarding my installation, which has been postponed three times without clear reasons. I am currently awaiting confirmation of the next installation date. I feel somewhat uncertain about the process. However, I have recently been informed of a new installation date on December 26, 2025, so I am adjusting my rating to 5 stars, though I may lower it again if further delays occur.

It's been four weeks since the installation of our fourth system, and unfortunately, the electrician couldn't finish the inverter installation due to missing parts. I was told he would return next week, but I've reached out to the service without receiving any response.
We upgraded our solar panels and batteries, but the installation was poorly executed. We discovered during a power outage that only half of our home was connected to the batteries, leaving essential appliances unpowered. Attempts to contact the company have revealed that the installer has left the country, and there is no qualified personnel available locally to fix the issue. We regret paying in full. Communication attempts have shown that even their phone lines seem unreliable.
I had a very disappointing experience with this supposedly leading solar company. We wanted to upgrade our system but were met with rudeness and a lack of options during our inquiry. I wouldn't recommend this service. They operate with little support after the sale, and their subcontracted workers had language barriers that hindered communication during a site inspection. I decided not to proceed with them, but had trouble retrieving my deposit until I threatened to escalate the issue.
We received incorrect information regarding the panels and inverter from the company. They told us the inverter wouldn't support a battery connection later. Additionally, they left tiles off the roof, and despite sending a list of complaints over a week ago, there has been no reply.
The installation of solar panels resulted in a cracked roof tile and damage to my internal living area. The repair cost was $2k, but the company refused to cover it. A repairman mentioned this was a common issue he's seen with solar installations.
