Inconsistent policies. Their return policy is all over the place. I received an email on 1/11/2026 stating that you can try an item for 30 days and return for free. In fact, here is the exact verbiage "And just in case, remember you've got 30 days to fall in love, with free returns" But online in their FAQ, it says returns cost $8.99 but exchanges are free. If you attempt to do a return OR exchange, they charge you $8.99 regardless. Is there any leadership at this company paying attention to their vastly different policies all over the place? I'm currently talking to customer service and there is no service or help. Instead, they are making me a part of their investigation, asking me to send screenshots and emails sent and not addressing my issue as a customer trying to return/exchange items. Clearly, this company is very disorganized and there are internal issues. At this point, I don't know if I even want to exchange. I just want my money back and suggest you spare yourself the hassle. There are other companies like Barefoot Dreams that have just as cozy items, clear policies, and much better customer service.
