Customer service rocks the boat!!! Most companies can learn a thing or two from you guys on how to really treat a customer, especially, a year over year one - I’m assuming that after not making a purchase in a couple years if that my points would expire-I tend to just let them build up until needed. But having the options even after that was WOW (LIz) kept the email chain going over a few days as we chatted about making purchases she deserves a raise!!! For her nothing is an issue with us attitude!! We have the power to make your experience best in class!! Pa not sure you got can send out a your points are about to expire email or something earn never expire thing but either way that may help out a bit!! Thanks nothing else will never replace my citizenship 😎
