I had a very disappointing experience with them. I ordered a queen size latex mattress and immediately requested a cancellation via email, as there was no option on their website. After calling multiple times over four days, they finally canceled it. When I inquired why it took so long, their response was that they wanted to retain customers, which felt very unprofessional. I have since sent them another email and plan to lodge a formal complaint.
