The mattresses from the company are great. I've been using mine for a while and it offers three variants in the first two price ranges. I purchased the ortho latex king size for around 27k, which is mid-range. So far, we are very pleased with the product. The delivery and response time have also been commendable.
The after-sales service is terrible. Do not purchase a cot from this company. My cot is broken, and it's been a month of following up for a technician visit. Their manager promised a technician would come, but no one has shown up. They seem to rely on just one technician for the entire country, which is unbelievable. While the mattress quality is good, the customer service experience has been the worst I've encountered.
I had a very disappointing experience with them. I ordered a queen size latex mattress and immediately requested a cancellation via email, as there was no option on their website. After calling multiple times over four days, they finally canceled it. When I inquired why it took so long, their response was that they wanted to retain customers, which felt very unprofessional. I have since sent them another email and plan to lodge a formal complaint.
Regretting my purchase from this company! We bought a king-size latex mattress after trying a cheaper ortho mattress that we didn’t like. We had numerous communications with them, but the new mattress didn't work for us. We wanted to return it for various reasons: it's too soft, causes back pain, and you can feel every movement of the person next to you. Despite their 100-night trial policy, they refused our return, claiming the trial began from the original purchase date instead of delivery. This feels misleading and dishonest. The mattress itself is uncomfortable and not worth the price. I suspect many positive reviews are not genuine. Be cautious before buying.
