I've had a bike insurance policy with Sundays Insurance for over a year and have now cancelled it. I like the company, but I realised I was paying for a pretty bad deal. Bike was only worth £200 and if I ever made a claim, I'd have to fork out £100 just to get a new bike if it ever got lost, broken or stolen. So I might as well just buy a brand new bike...

Sadly it seems as though if you tell them that you have taken the extra steps to ensure security of your bike like I did (GPS tracker; BikeRegister database; etc), they won't reduce the amount you pay on insurance.

Stay away from this insurance provider.

Steer clear of this insurance service; they seem indifferent to whether you receive help or not. I followed all their instructions, yet received no assistance. This provider is a complete joke. Even with a premium membership, I'm not getting any support at all. It's frustrating.
