Sadly ,I am having to complain about the delivery of my wine case YET AGAIN by YODEL . I have before had to do so ,and simply do not understand why it is not left in the safe place which both yourselves and Yodel have had indicated by myself. On a front doorstep in full view of passers by and traffic is an open invitation to theft and in my opinion IS NOT A SAFE PLACE.
I can only assume that the ST is not interested in ensuring that my request is adhered to ,since this is still happening.In my last complaint I said that I would terminate my membership if it happened again so therefore this is what I intend to do forthwith. Please take note.....
