I ordered a table with a "3-5 day" delivery. After about 10 days, I called. The one that was in stock was already marked for someone else. After 18 days, i called back. Now it's "in port." I said I wanted to cancel the order, so I started a ticket. Their site says they will answer in 24-48 hours. After 72 business hours, I messaged again. Again, zero response. I then call again--Now, it's "been shipped" from the warehouse, but it can't be found. I finally told the guy I was going to notify AmEx and have the charge reversed (he told me I wasn't able to cancel if it had already been shipped). Finally, the next day I get a response saying it hadn't shipped and blamed it all on the manufacturer. I'm not sure what sort of shady business this is but stay away!
