Was admittedly very concerned in placing a $4k order after reading some of the negative reviews, but took a chance given that Sundial's prices / promotions were quite a bit cheaper than the other online shops I was looking at. I called Sundial after placing the order, and the operator was friendly & helpful, confirming that the order was received and providing the approx ETA of the shipment. The shipper's tracking website was also easy to follow and very communicative, with advance notice and delivery within the provided window. Boxes all arrived in good order without damage, and I was impressed how well packed it all was (had to make a dedicated trip to the dump because of all the packing material). Furniture is beautiful, very well built and exceeds our expectations. Very satisfied with the prices & quality of furniture that we received.
