The blue outfit was defective, showing visible damage to the threads and issues with the lacing material. Despite providing photographic evidence, my concerns were consistently overlooked. For the white set, I sought an exchange for the black set. Due to slow communication, I ended up placing a new order after stressing the urgency, as I needed the items for a wedding on 10 January. Yet again, the new order was put on hold without my approval, resulting in the replacement not arriving in time for the wedding, which was incredibly disappointing. In summary, this experience was marred by poor communication, unauthorized order management, and a lack of proper resolution for faulty products. I would advise others to be cautious before making a purchase.
