I am deeply dissatisfied with this experience and feel compelled to share my thoughts, not due to the monetary aspects involved. My order was put on hold without my consent, leading to unnecessary delays. I was later asked to cover return shipping costs for faulty items, which contradicts the company's stated policy and Australian Consumer Law. The blue outfit was defective, showing visible damage to the threads and issues with the lacing material. Despite providing photographic evidence, my concerns were consistently overlooked. For the white set, I sought an exchange for the black set. Due to slow communication, I ended up placing a new order after stressing the urgency, as I needed the items for a wedding on 10 January. Yet again, the new order was put on hold without my approval, resulting in the replacement not arriving in time for the wedding, which was incredibly disappointing. In summary, this experience was marred by poor communication, unauthorized order management, and a lack of proper resolution for faulty products. I would advise others to be cautious before making a purchase.
I've been really happy with my purchases and have loved every piece. The fabrics and buttons feel surprisingly high-quality, especially the chiffon items—they're my absolute favorites. I will definitely be shopping here again and would highly recommend it.
Ordered my dress online guided by their sizing chart which was spot on! My dress arrived quickly and it was absolutely gorgeous and the quality outstanding. I wore it to Derby Day on the weekend and received comments on it all day. I love, love, love it!!!!
