I wish I could give zero stars! I ordered glasses for my son on Black Friday, and received confirmation that a shipping label was created and awaiting pickup. After reaching out on the 16th, I was told there were delays and plenty of time before Christmas for delivery. Now it's Christmas Eve, and I still have no glasses for my son to find under the tree. They haven't replied to my last email. They shouldn't be selling items they don't have! If there's no inventory, they should indicate that on the site. This could lead to serious issues for the company. Many people are disappointed, especially kids. I’ll be seeking a refund through my credit card unless a miracle happens tonight.
