First of all, it took them almost a month to deliver so my order was late - I couldn't gift it to my recipient on time.
Secondly, I finally did receive the order but was missing an entire product! I contacted them multiple times via email and social and NO RESPONSE!
Placed my order of two pairs on December 4th expecting them to arrive in time for Christmas, got an email the 7th stating my order was being prepared. Then nothing, reached out to costumer service and was told they were back ordered due to a high influx of orders due to the holiday and them being a small family business. Understandable but should have been made aware of that before order was placed or shortly there after. They showed up finally on Jan 20th, the glasses are great both my kids and I love them. But hesitant to order again due to not knowing how long I’ll have to wait to get them
I ordered these in early December 2025 and said I would receive it by 12/18/25, had to send multiple emails asking where my order was, finally received it on 2/9/26 with nothing inside the package. I have sent 3 emails with no response whatsoever.
I'm facing the same issues as many others. I placed an order in early December, and all I've received is confusion. After countless emails and chats, I received “pre-shipment” tracking numbers, but now, three months later, I still have not received my products! I ordered four pairs as part of a BOGO offer and received the same generic email update as everyone else regarding processing and fulfillment. The delivery was expected between December 12 and December 17, but here I am on Christmas Eve with nothing for my nephews. I'm extremely frustrated and will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the $116 charge for what feels like fraud!
I wish I could give zero stars! I ordered glasses for my son on Black Friday, and received confirmation that a shipping label was created and awaiting pickup. After reaching out on the 16th, I was told there were delays and plenty of time before Christmas for delivery. Now it's Christmas Eve, and I still have no glasses for my son to find under the tree. They haven't replied to my last email. They shouldn't be selling items they don't have! If there's no inventory, they should indicate that on the site. This could lead to serious issues for the company. Many people are disappointed, especially kids. I’ll be seeking a refund through my credit card unless a miracle happens tonight.
I'm noticing a troubling pattern. I ordered four pairs of glasses about two weeks ago, all marked as in stock. After a week, I received an email saying my package was being prepared. The following week, I was informed my order was delayed and would not arrive by Christmas due to missing shipments. I would have been willing to change styles to fulfill my order, but that option wasn't provided. Now, their website states all back orders will ship in February! My order shouldn't be a back order. It seems they oversold without sufficient inventory. I will attempt to stop payment if my glasses don't arrive by Christmas Eve!
Absolutely horrible! I ordered on Black Friday 2025 and have received no updates. I've emailed five times, only to get lengthy, confusing replies about shipping delays with inconsistent reasons. It's been nearly a month, and now they're claiming parts are stuck in customs, even though the company is based in Miami! I'm reporting this as fraud to my credit card company and notifying the better business bureau. BEWARE OF THIS SELLER!

Now it's Christmas Eve, and I still have no glasses for my son to find under the tree, and they haven't replied to my last email. They shouldn't be selling items they don't have! If they're out of stock, they should mark them as sold out on the site. This could be detrimental for the company. Recovering from all these negative reviews and poor communication will be tough. They've let down many customers and disappointed numerous children. I'll be contacting my credit card company for a refund unless, by some miracle, they arrive tonight.
