I'm noticing a troubling pattern. I ordered four pairs of glasses about two weeks ago, all marked as in stock. After a week, I received an email saying my package was being prepared. The following week, I was informed my order was delayed and would not arrive by Christmas due to missing shipments. I would have been willing to change styles to fulfill my order, but that option wasn't provided. Now, their website states all back orders will ship in February! My order shouldn't be a back order. It seems they oversold without sufficient inventory. I will attempt to stop payment if my glasses don't arrive by Christmas Eve!
