I wish I could give 0 stars! I ordered glasses for my son on Black Friday after Thanksgiving, and received confirmation that the shipping label was created and was awaiting USPS pick up. I reached out on the 16th, and they said they were experiencing delays but assured me there was still time for delivery before Christmas. Now it's Christmas Eve, and I still have no glasses for my son to find under the tree, and they haven't replied to my last email. They shouldn't be selling items they don't have! If they're out of stock, they should mark them as sold out on the site. This could be detrimental for the company. Recovering from all these negative reviews and poor communication will be tough. They've let down many customers and disappointed numerous children. I'll be contacting my credit card company for a refund unless, by some miracle, they arrive tonight.
