I received a pair of sunglasses as a gift. They look cool, but the lenses are green, which isn't my style. I thought it would be easy to exchange them for a black pair since they were brand new and still in the box. Unfortunately, I was told that without a receipt, no exchange could be made. I called customer support, but they were unhelpful and had limited hours. It's frustrating, especially during the holiday season. Their policies seem ridiculous, and I wouldn't recommend shopping here.
