This review serves as a warning against purchasing from the company. I placed an order over a week ago, scheduled for delivery on Tuesday, but it has yet to arrive. I've tried to contact them and the delivery service multiple times with no success. The only responses I received were automated messages. I'm hoping this review prompts a response, as I've received no assistance or answers. Their customer service is unacceptable.
