Recently, after a considerable period of not using my limited edition sunglasses, I decided to wear them again. I own two pairs from this brand because I appreciate their design. To my surprise, I found the lenses were damaged, despite not having done anything to them. They seemed to be deteriorating, which I've never encountered before, not even with much cheaper sunglasses. I reached out to customer support, only to find out they no longer have the lenses for my limited edition model. It would be wise to maintain a backup supply for such items, especially since replacements are necessary due to the apparent low quality. Instead, they offered me some basic lenses, which feels disappointing. This means I've lost the special aspect of my limited edition pair that I paid for. After the new lenses were shipped, I was contacted about a 25 euro import tax by DHL, as the company failed to inform them this was a warranty replacement. Naturally, I won't be paying this.
Customer support has not responded, leaving me feeling frustrated and abandoned. This experience can only be described as unprofessional. I've decided to move on from this brand.
