I purchased a women's rain jacket that seems to be intended for someone over 6 feet tall. At 5'6", the back is excessively long, causing it to bunch up significantly. The front length is fine, and the fabric quality is acceptable. I’m puzzled by the design; adjusting the back isn’t possible without completely disassembling it due to the sealed seams. This feels like a waste of money.
