I bought a women's rain jacket, and as an average-sized woman at 5'6", it seems tailored for someone over 6 feet tall. The back is way too long and bunches up several inches. The front length is acceptable, and the fabric is decent, but I’m confused by the design. Altering the back is not an option without taking the whole jacket apart due to the sealed seams. Overall, it feels like a waste of money.

I am not impressed! The customer service has been a letdown. I will seek alternatives for what I need. I should have been informed two weeks ago about the replacement policy for the jacket, as the zipper on the wind jacket has failed. Weak customer support. I cannot recommend dealing with this company.
This experience has been disappointing. It took an excessively long time to receive my order, and the product is overpriced for what I got. I expected a good purchase but was let down. The jacket I received had a broken zipper on the removable sleeve, and it was a final sale, making returns impossible. I understand why.
